Suuq AIBack

Privacy Policy

Effective: Draft — not yet in effect

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Suuq AI ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Service described in our Terms of Service.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, and authentication details (including via Google sign-in, where used).
  • Content you provide: prompts, brand assets, product information, and any files or images you upload.
  • Payment data: handled by Stripe and PayPal directly — we receive confirmation of payment, not your full card number, or bank-transfer proof you submit for manual review.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and AI generation activity, used for billing (token/usage quotas) and to improve the Service.
  • Social connections: if you link a Facebook Page, Instagram, LinkedIn, or TikTok account, we store the minimum access tokens and identifiers needed to publish on your behalf, encrypted at rest.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information, collected automatically for security and diagnostics.

2. How we use data

We use your data to provide and improve the Service, generate content you request, process payments, enforce quotas and entitlements, communicate with you about your account, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example: Supabase for hosting and database services, Anthropic/Claude and Google/Gemini for AI generation, Stripe and PayPal for payments, and Meta/LinkedIn/TikTok when you connect those accounts). We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your display preferences (such as language and theme). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Data retention

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or security obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encryption of sensitive credentials at rest and role-based access controls — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own by the service providers listed above. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age required by local law to consent to data processing.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.

11. Contact

Questions about this Policy, or requests regarding your data, can be sent to our support address, available from your account settings.
