Suuq AIBack

Terms of Service

Effective: Draft — not yet in effect

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Suuq AI (the "Service"), operated by us ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Suuq AI lets you generate websites and online stores using AI, publish them, and — where enabled — connect social accounts to publish marketing content. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under it. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and payment

  • Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.
  • Prices, included allowances (projects, AI usage) and features are described at checkout and may change with notice.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal, or by manual bank transfer reviewed by our team — we do not store your full card details.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; distribute malware or spam; publish hateful, deceptive, or illegal content; or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content, brand assets, and products you submit or generate ("Your Content"). You grant us a license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload or ask the Service to generate from.

6. AI-generated output

Generated pages, copy, and images are produced by third-party AI models and may occasionally be inaccurate, repetitive, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review generated content before publishing it, particularly claims about your products, pricing, or business.

7. Published sites and stores

If you publish a site or store, you are responsible for its content, for fulfilling any orders placed through it, and for complying with consumer-protection, tax, and advertising laws that apply to your business.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (including Stripe, PayPal, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Supabase). Your use of those integrations is also subject to their own terms and policies, which we do not control.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraud or abuse. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to our support address, available from your account settings.
